YHZS40 Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant
This series of mobile concrete mixing plant adopts semi-pulling structure with running system and equipped with standard coupling pin, hence can be dragged by a tractor at the maximum speed of 40km/h.
As uniquely and compactly designed it is, this mobile concrete mixing plant assembles whole functions of accurate material weighing, efficient aggregate conveying, homogeneous mixing, computer auto-controlling and trailing. It is the ideal concrete plant for projects that require frequent removal from one site to another.

Adopting the horizontal double-shaft compulsory concrete mixer. It can mix the aggregates strongly, evenly and effectively. Its lubricating system is thick oil pump that can be operated manually, the shaft seal adopts multiple seal. The external shaft bearing is used which is easy to repair and replace. The mixing blade and lining board are made of high chromium and manganese wear-resistant alloy which ensures the mixer's performance and long service life.
Accumulating type of weighing is adopted which ensure the accuracy and reliability of measuring. It can deal with 2 to 4 types of aggregate. Accurate load cell and the auto difference compensation function also ensure the accuracy of measuring.
After weighing, the aggregates are conveyed to mixer by groove type of belt conveyor. The use of groove type of belt conveyor not only can save space, but also can facilitate the moving of the plant.
Water weighing system
Water is weighed by a high accuracy load cell. Water is transported to the weighing hopper by water pump, and controlled by a pneumatic valve to weigh it, after weighing, water is supplied to the mixer by two pipelines. Additive weighing is the same process as that of the water, after weighing, additive is sent to the water weighing hopper, finally the additive and water are discharged into the mixer together.
Powdery material weighing system
Cement and other powdery additives are transported to weighing hopper by screw conveyor, and the weighing device performs accumulate weighing, when the weight reaches the set value, the control will stop the screw conveyor and the weighing hopper discharge the material into the mixer through pneumatic butterfly valve.
The whole plant is controlled by industrial control computer. This system has the following features: Real-time data processing function; Both automatic and manual control are available; Simple and convenient operation. It can save all the data of the plant and the materials ratio; It can also print all the report forms. Constant temperature containerized type of control room adopts sound and heat insulation colorful batten board which can ensure the working temperature of electrical devices and also provide a comfortable environment for the operator.
Excellent movability of the plant
Mixer and the folded belt conveyor can be placed on the rack and taken to another work site by truck, the recommended speed is 10-15km/h.
